All sales are final. This store does not accept returns or refunds.
Damaged products
If you receive a print or framed print that was damaged during shipping, please let me know within 15 days. I will work with my print maker to find a replacement solution.
Their instructions are "we need you to keep your protective packaging, take clear photos of the damage, and send the photos to us along with notification of the damage within 15 days of delivery. This will allow us to figure out the best way to help you, and file a damage claim with the shipping carrier if necessary. We can only help you if we hear about the issue within these 15 days after your order is delivered."
So far I have not had issues with damaged prints or framed prints.
